Saying and doing the right things simply means showing her how much you love and care for her because after she get's past your attractiveness, the only thing that will keep her with you is showing her how much you love and care for her
Keep up the challenge

Continue living your life
This means, continue hanging out with your friends both male and female, doing things you like doing, striving to achieve your goals --- You know them.
Note: Be extremely careful how you hang out with your female friends --- Don't flirt with them too much.
Keep her happy
You can do this by going on dates, dinner parties or just being together. Giving her flowers and sending her romantic notes, you could also buy her gifts on a holiday and you could aslo get clues from her friends.
Be a gentleman towards her
The two of you could be on a date --- and You could be a gentleman towards her by standing up when she get's into the room, helping her sit by pulling out her chair, paying the bills(highly recommended, it's kinda sexy too).
Do new things
You could do this by taking her on a date to someplace new to her not dating her at a particular place too often. Send her suprise text messages, flowers, notes and suprise her by taking her to an unplanned dinner date. Note: this suprise date should be done when you know she's free.
Acknowledge her in front of your friends
You could be at group date and you could just compliment her in a unique way in front of your friends and her friends. This way she'll know you're a real man and one who cares for her.
Compliment her
Always do this in a unique way, not the gibberish most guys say.
Be nice to her friends and family
Girls tend to talk to her their friends alot, so be nice to her friends and family. If you do the opposite --- she'll begin to have doubts about you. Which my friend, crashes a relationship.
Have time for her
Be very careful about this, so you don't end up pestering her. You could call her, text her, meet with her withouth being an ass only if you minimize the level at which you do it. This way she'll know you're responsible, caring and most off all - busy.
So just put this into practice an you'll be having a nice, loving and great relationship.
