thrown into the pit of life,
whereby most men and guys
exhibit various uncultured
manners which are not
supposed to be brought to light
in this new era. However, one can begin to put off those uncultured mannerisms, if he decides to become a gentleman. So want to know how to become a "Gentleman"

A gentleman never curse
A gentleman never say vuglar
words, issue curses or swears. Especially in public.

A gentleman never fights

A gentleman never fights, brawl, or gets involved in a prolonged arguement, as it may tarnish his
image and he might be tagged as
aggressive and low classed.

A gentleman never spits
A gentleman never spits out in
public, this should be done in
private, cos no one want's to see your saliver, as it's gross.

A gentleman always says
"Excuse me" or "I beg your
pardon"

This is very essential, if
you aspire to become a
gentleman as it will present you
as well mannered. Whenever
you want to leave a gathering
or conversation, be sure to say
"Excuse me" or "I beg your
pardon" this way, you'll come across as respectful and classy.

A gentleman is chivalrous
A gentleman always displays chivalry, especially to ladies. e.g walking a lady home after a dinner date, opening the car door for her to get in, offering your chair to a lady who has none, offering your suit jacket to a lady who's cold, opening the door for her when getting into a mall, bar, just anywhere that has a door e.t.c . This way you'll come across as caring
Note: Minimise the level of chivalry you display to a business client or your boss e.t.c . So you it doesn't look like you're patronisingthem.

Good table manners
Whether at business dinner or social dinner, a gentleman should always display good table manners(especially the one's you were taught as a kid). That way you'll be branded as well bred and good mannered.

A gentleman doesn't get drunk
Always be cautious of the quantity of drink you take, so as not to get drunk, Cos when you get drunk? My GOD! you should've seen yourself.

A gentleman never talks too much
A gentleman tries his possible best not to talk too much, cos by doing so, you might say completely irrelevant words and that my friend, isn't so good.

When walking with a lady, a gentleman always walks outside of the lady i.e the side closest to the road, probably to shade her against splashed water. This rule is pretty lax, however, it should be observed, as it is one of the etiquettes of a gentleman.

Becoming a gentleman isn't achieved in a day, therefore constant practice and strongwill is needed. So just follow my tips and you'll be amazed at the kind of gentleman you'll become. Hope you enjoyed it?
