So "what was happening?" and "where did he go wrong?".
The above two questions is what we'll be answering. So, i guess you should read on
#1, what's happening?
At the beginning of the whole thing, if you noticed, the girl was kinda into him and after sometime she started slacking away. Do you know why she started slacking? Not because it was natural or somthing else but, it's just that the guy said and did somethings that were completely outta the book and irrelevant which Degraded her interest in him. So, Dear reader, i guess you now know what was going on.
#2, where did he go wrong?
His wrong doings are: When he called her in the afternoon after the morning's text message, the call in the evening, the next day's morning call and the major
I'm not trying to say that texting and calling a girl is bad, it only becomes a big no no when it's too often. As in this case, notice, the guy texted her in the morning, called her in the afternoon and evening and they still talked at night. Now dear reader Wasn't that enough?. It was enough, but he still called her the next morning. What i'm trying to say here is that, he didn't pose a challenge to her, he was literally throwing himself at her feet and that my friend, reduced the interest level the girl had for him. What i meant by challenge was that, things he should've done, like making her long for and miss him, think about him like "what's he doing now?" "who's he with?" "where is he?" you know them.. etc. And he shouldn't have called her the next day, he should have called a week later or at least five days later, but i strongly recommend "a week later". However, i seriously advice that you shouldn't call a girl too often as it leads to decrease in interest level.
As for the date, notice, it was their first real date, he should have gone for a single date not a group one and i guess they didn't really spend quality time together, it was just some random stuff no romance in the air.
So i seriously advice against group dates, especially if it's the first time the two of you are going on a date.
Next is the text containing his feelings.
Oh my God! He shouldn't have done that. I ain't saying you shouldn't proclaim your feelings towards someone but it should be very very rare, you should let your actions do the talking, after all, they say action speak louder than words. And it was way to early to start PROCLAIMING.
So Dear reader, that's that. I guess you should know what to do when you fall into his shoes someday, that's if you aren't already in it, just follow my steps and trust me, you won't have a problem.
Huh! Before i forget, it wasn't really a friend's story, it was my story back in the days.. Haha!!
